The data is stored in the according Document Management System. The users work in their common User environment (e. g.Microsoft® Outlook®) and have access to E-Files in the context of their current task through the Office Business Gateway. |

File and Record Transfer in the Cloud – Public Sector Showcase Microsoft® and Combionic showcase the use of Cloud Computing in modern collaborative environments. In the Showcase, a company relocates its registered headquarters from one city to another. As a result, all the documents filed in the commercial register also need to be relocated. The example shows to what degree the process of file management between organizations can be streamlined with the help of cloud technologies. |
