Showcase: File Management in the Cloud
The use of cloud technologies is on the rise for simplified and secure file management. Microsoft technologies, such as the Azure™ platform or private cloud solutions, can help streamline this process.
In the Showcase, a company relocates its registered headquarters from one city to another. As a result, all the documents filed in the commercial register also need to be relocated. Previously, all the documents had to be created manually and entered in the registers of the new authority responsible for the company – a process involving several steps. Thanks to cloud services, this can now be accomplished in a single step with both authorities exchanging data via a cloud service with significant savings in operating costs and processing time.
