The relevant information is displayed directly within the Outlook® e-mail. Thus, tasks can be handled more rapidly because the irritating search for information does not happen.

Furthermore the Office Business Gateway provides next actions in context of the current task. The workflows can be customised individually to your specific enterprise requirements. This function improves the compliance with existing business processes. In addition the information can be given in context of role and rights. Thus you ensure that sensitive customer data is only accessible for authorised employees.
